Grandma Tuffy's Disappearing Butterscotch Bars

I am SO excited to have this recipe back in my recipe arsenal. This is another one of "Grandma Tuffy's" long lost recipes. We had not had these since I was in grade school, so when we found this and made it, I teared up a little. (Grandma had Alzheimers when I was in 5th grade, unfortunately.) The name "Disappearing" was given to them by my Mom because they could not be kept around for more than a day or they would disappear!
 
They are very soft and chewy, and they are not very thick like a brownie. Think under baked cookies, lol.
 
We only use fresh, all natural ingredients, including eggs from our own pasture raised hens. Grab yourself a big glass of milk and enjoy!
