Mini Candy Cane Hearts - 8 hearts

These adorable little treats are made with mini candy canes and your choice or milk chocolate, white chocolate, peppermint milk chocolate or peppermint white chocolate centers.
 
Each heart is sent in it's own cello baggie with pretty tulle bow, making them perfect party favors, stocking stockings, to put in a gift basket or to hang on your tree.
They are delicious to eat OR put into your cup of hot chocolate or coffee for some amazing peppermint mocha taste.
