Our Shop's Policies

All of our treats are created in a kitchen that uses gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, etc. If you are allergic, PLEASE do not buy anything. We do our very best to not have any cross contamination, but it can happen. I would prefer to lose a sale rather than risk someone's health. 

All packages are sent via the USPS with tracking & insurance. We will not be held responsible for items that are damaged in shipping by the carrier or that have melted. You do have recourse with the USPS to get your money back, since all packages are insured through them. We have found that ice packs melt too quickly in transit, so if the temps are up in your area, please make sure the package is going to be taken out of the mailbox immediately, have it held at the post office for pick up or have it sent to your place of work. 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch with us and we will try to work things out to your satisfaction. 

If you are local, you may have noticed I have had to remove the discount for items that do not require shipping. Due to the increase in cost of ingredients and gasoline, I have had to discontinue the coupon code. When things get back to normal again, I will happily bring the local discount back. My sincere apoligies
