OMG Fudge (1 pound)

I was never able to make fudge that I was happy enough with to put my seal of approval on and sell in the shop. Then one day I found this gem in a family cook book my mother had compiled years ago from all the recipes passed down for generations in our family. I have to credit my friend and photographer, Cliff Cox, with naming this fudge. When he posted the picture he took on FaceBook he commented, "You could name this OMG Fudge"...so we did!

In all honesty, I'm not the biggest fudge fan. It's one of those things that if it's on a buffet, I will probably pass it by, but if I am DYING for some chocolate and its around, I will eat it. Now, it won't last the day with our family! Gone are the days of crumbly, grainy fudge. This fudge will melt in your mouth and is soooo smooth.

Our fudge is poured into a tin, weighed to ensure you get just the right amount, then chilled in the fridge. We take the piece of fudge out of the tin, wrap it in wax paper, and tie it with a bow. We will gladly include a short handwritten note card for no extra charge. We can also try to use a certain ribbon color if you prefer, or we can do any holiday theme.
